KeyShield SSO macOS Client – stuck Passwords Button

In some cases — typically after a macOS update — you may encounter a known macOS issue called the “Stuck Passwords button” when using the KeyShield SSO Client.
This issue manifests as a Passwords button appearing in the foreground that does not respond to clicks and cannot be easily dismissed.

When used with the KeyShield SSO Client, this may occur if the client credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain.
The recommended solution in such cases is to log out of the KeyShield SSO Client and log back in.
